1st June 2010 — Paradigm Solutions today announced the launch of their new business management
suite, crmBill.com.The software is aimed at small- and medium sized businesses and promises to
automate many of the tedious, repetitive and time-consuming tasks you loathe.
The suite is available at an incredibly competitive price and is unique in the sense that it can be
run as a traditional, standalone system or alternatively individual modules can be partially or
entirely managed on the your behalf. Moreover, crmBill can further be augmented with additional
outsourced services such as a manned helpdesk or online chat.
crmBill.com consists of various industry specific modules and currently contains functionality
for Customer Management, Invoicing and Billing, Helpdesk, Point of Sale (POS) and Human
Resources. There is also a version aimed specifically at larger businesses and additional
opportunities are available.

The annual OWASP Top 10 Web Application Security Risk list was recently released.
If you are a web developer, this is a must-read. Each risk is discussed in detail listing the likelihood of an occurrence, detection and prevention. It is interesting to see that Injection is still at the top of the list (especially if you consider how relatively easy it is to prevent)! The OWASP site is loaded with practical examples, guides and “How-To” articles.
